This is the best news app in the Los Angeles area. It is also the most accessible local news app for voice over users. Great work.

Use to be great but now the flashing ads make it all but impossible to read the news. Wont download this again!

I agree, this used to be a helpful app until all the advertisements set in. The flashing icon is so irritating. If people stopped buy merchandise and services advertised this way I am sure companies would stop advertising like this.

They are everywhere. The one that is the most annoying is when you want to watch a video, its a 30 commercial. I dont even know what its for. SAME VIDEO, EVERYTIME. I dont even look anymore.

Its really sad that there is not ONE LA news app for local news that is decent. This one used to be pretty good. Then, as others have noted, they got greedy and started adding more and more ads, some of them deceptive and designed to infect your phone (the one at the bottom of the screen that appears like you have a new text message, for example). Heres my idea: charge a buck-ninety-nine for the app, and get rid of the ads. I would gladly rather pay $2 for my news than have my phone infected by one of your ads. --- P.S. What makes it even more embarrassing is that San Diego had not one, but several well-reviewed tv news apps. But LA cant get even one?

Going to delete this app. It wont even open. It used to work great. Not anymore This is the 3rd time I reloaded it. So frustrating.

Whoever designed this should be ashamed of themselves. Horrible buggy waste of time. How is it possible for a major news station in one of the biggest cities in the country to have an app this lousy???

I keep updating this app thinking every time i see a update to this app it will support the bigger screen (iPhone 6 Plus,6S Plus) but its a really good app for whether and news the app says it all but needs to be update for bigger screen sizes but until then this app gets two Stars

Ive had this app forever. Suddenly it wouldnt update in my iPad so I deleted it. I tried to reload and NOTHING. I suppose I will download another app for news

The app will not refresh. It has been the same news since around Thanksgiving. I am getting news alerts, but when I go in the app, its still old news. Please fix it, ABC!!!!! Thank you, Chuck.

The temperature on this app is about 20 degrees lower than the actual measured temperature in San Bernardino. Otherwise, a decent app.

Old news needs to be updated

I love the ABC7 app. I just dont like that they have subtitles on it now. It takes away the view of the video. Remove the subtitles please.

First off, the resolution is horrible. Does not support natively any of the phones that have been out for the last few years. Last week or so, an insane amount of ads, some of which look like fake Facebook links have started flashing like Vegas on the bottom. Why does it always say Morning Edition when launched, even at 7pm?? Ill spare salt on the wound, but needless to say, I thought that a member of the Disney family would have been better equipped to deliver the news to the public... Guess thats asking too much!

Good info on the app but I was hoping that push notifications would inform me of important breaking news. Instead, theyre just commercials to watch ABC7. I had to turn them off because they were incessant. Its too bad because it could have been something great.

Was a great app until today. Mobile-rewards malware has ruined it. Happened again. Ad blanked screen because I wouldnt let it use my location. This is about as bad as it gets.

Ever since the update on Feb 1 I have not been able to use the app.
